Dive into the vibrant world of ACEA Athletics, where students thrive in a dynamic sporting environment designed to foster their holistic development.

At ACEA, our athletics program is designed to provide students with an exceptional sporting environment conducive to their development. Our curriculum includes core sports such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, track and field, softball, and swimming, integrated into regular school lessons, fostering a well-rounded athletic experience.

Through inter-house competitions and participation in inter-school events like Bahamas Association of Independent Secondary Schools (BAISS) and the Anglican Schools’ Festival (ASF), our students have achieved remarkable success, including winning national championships, showcasing their talent and sportsmanship on a broader stage.

Physical Education

From our ELC School nurturing the youngest learners to our Secondary School shaping future leaders, ACEA’s Physical Education program is thoughtfully designed to cater to each stage of development.

The program will begin with two 45-minute sessions weekly for ELC students, emphasizing aerobic activities and gross motor skills. Then, the comprehensive program for Preparatory School students will provide two 45-minute weekly lessons encompassing various sports and abilities. Secondary School students also enjoy two 45-minute PE classes per week, immersing them in core sports such as swimming, volleyball, soccer, track & field, softball, and basketball, reflecting our commitment to holistic development.
