The Anglican Central Education Authority (ACEA) has been made aware of videos circulating with respect to a prom in the name of Bishop Michael Eldon School.
We wish to advise the public, that no prom was planned, executed, or organized by the Administration, Faculty or Staff of Bishop Michael Eldon School. Additionally, no approval was given by the Education Department of the Anglican Central Education Authority to host this event under the banner of the school’s name.
The ACEA and by extension Bishop Michael Eldon School has no affiliation with the event and takes no responsibility for the actions of those who organized and attended this event.
The ACEA is committed to upholding Christian principles and providing quality education in an environment that values and subscribes to the Anglican Ethos – its morals, beliefs, and practices; and does not condone the actions displayed.
