In late June, the Anglican Central Education Authority (ACEA) hosted its Senior Administration Retreat, bringing together Principals, Vice Principals, and industry professionals for a time of intentional planning, reflection, and collaboration ahead of the 2025–2026 academic year.
This year’s retreat emphasized strategic alignment, leadership development, and data-driven planning, ensuring that every school within the ACEA system begins the new year with clarity and confidence. Leaders worked collectively to:
- Review academic outcomes and set new performance targets
- Align leadership priorities with ACEA’s mission and Key Performance Indicators
- Plan for professional development, staff engagement, and student wellness
- Deepen their understanding of bold, purpose-driven leadership
As the new academic year approaches, ACEA’s school leaders are committed to leading with courage, compassion, and conviction. Together, they answer the call to be brave, take ownership of their actions, and lead with kindness, ensuring that students and staff alike are supported, empowered, and inspired.
The work has begun—and the ACEA is ready.
