The Anglican Central Education Authority (ACEA) recently welcomed its newest group of educators during New Teacher Orientation 2025, held under the theme: Be B.O.L.D – Committed to Excellence, Driven by Purpose.
Far more than an introduction to the Anglican school system, the orientation served as a call to courageous leadership in the classroom. New teachers were encouraged to embrace the values of being BOLD, which include:
- Brave – Teaching with courage and heart, even in the face of challenges
- Owning Your Actions – Taking responsibility, growing through feedback, and leading with integrity
- Lead with Kindness – Fostering compassion, clarity, and community across every learning space
- Dare to Grow – Embracing continuous learning and innovation for the benefit of students
ACEA celebrates this passionate, purpose-driven group of educators who have joined its mission of transforming lives through excellence in education.
